For printing bags, we use flexo printing and screen printing based on the number of pieces, the manner, and the difficulty of the design, always upon agreement with the client.
FLEXO PRINTING
- One-sided and two-sided printing

SCREEN PRINTING
- One-sided and two-sided printing
- Very good coverage parameters of print on colored foils
- Volumes from 500 pieces

Bag dimensions
Bag dimensions depend on the bag type and the number of colors used for printing, however, we are able to offer a wide range of dimensions from 150 x 200 mm for the smallest bags of type KL (without strengthened handle and folded bottom), to 700 x 800 + 45 mm for the biggest bags of type ZUD (strengthened handle, folded bottom).
Foil colors
Transparent, white, black, green, blue, red, beige, yellow, silver, and other basic colors. From a volume of 50000 pieces we are able to offer an expanded color selection (a few shades of each color).
Foil strength
Upon agreement with the client, we can offer a foil strength of 30-90 mi for LDPE bags, according to the requirements for carrying capacity, foil color, light permeability, etc.
Delivery deadline
2 to 4 weeks after approval of the graphic design. In case of express orders (lower cost, lower number of colors) within 1 week. In case of very demanding prints, the deadlines are determined individually, with the latest being within 6 weeks.

Our TIP! In case of T-shirt bags, the side folds open as the bag is filled, which allows more uniform distribution of weight on the foil and increases the bag’s carrying capacity.
We use flexo printing technology for printing on bags.

Bags dimensions
Bags dimensions depend on the type of bag and number of colors used for printing, however we are able to offer a wide range of dimensions from the smallest:
T-shirt type
- The smallest: 200+100x370 mm
(width + side folds x height) - The biggest: 350+200x600 mm
(width + side folds x height)
Die cut handle type
- The smallest: 170x275 mm
(width x height) - The biggest: 550x600 mm
(width x height)
Foil colors
Transparent, white, black, gray, blue, green, orange, purple, yellow, red, and other basic colors.
Foil strength
- T-Shirt: 8 – 30 mi (excellent carrying capacity – up to 15 kg)
- Die cut handle: 10 – 100 mi
Blockage + packaging
We are also able to perform bag blockage (welding both HDPE bag types in 50 or 100 tear-off blocks). Furthermore, we offer the option of welding a bag block in HDPE or LDPE foil.
Delivery deadline
2 to 4 weeks after approval of the graphic design. In case of high costs or a higher difficulty level of printing, the deadlines are to be determined individually, with the latest being within 6 weeks.
LD+HDPE (MIX) BAGS – ORIGINALITY, USE, ADVERTISING
Due to the increasing interest from advertising agencies, we offer the so called LD+HDPE mix material as a standard option. This type of material is marked by its original appearance (frosty, light permeable foil) and specific “hardness” of the material. We are able to manufacture all types of bags from this material as in the case of the normal LDPE foil.
